ur focusing too much on the pop of the board, i had the same problem, dont wrry about height yet, wrry about moving a full 180 with ur board, even if u have to skate and 180 into the grass, than as u get that u can add more pop to it.......my 180s used to basically be 90's but then i focused on moving my board with me and now i can get the full rotation...stay centered, dont lean weight to anyside, wind up ur shoulders, pop it, watch the board and keep it under u, use ur feet to finish it off...
