  • That's the way someone who has a Scrambler must use it.

  • finally a bike that can ride the highway nice, and rip it off road, thanks Triumph!

  • whats up with the airfilters, must have got changed pretty often, not?

  • Friggin' Awesome

  • found your video today! best by far of all tests, show off videos. You actually ride the scrambler. And thanks for any tips on modifications. Five Hundred pounds of Triumph ripping through sand is far braver than on the 300 pounders of old. GREAT JOB Youngsters! Barstow to Vegas, man, vintage at it's best! Thanks, again. I am ready to trade my XT (3 bears) today!

  • Look's heavy.

  • @VMATT500C

    It is ! ^-^

  • Awesome video, thank you! I, like so many others on here love this bike. Personaly it's the style that I love, we are so lucky that Triumph still build some of the best bikes in the world! I will be buying mine shortly and customising it for similar terrain...

  • id like to see a harley do that!

  • I love the sound of these bikes!

  • Does anyone know what Pascal is up to these days? Is he still raceing and riding the Scrambler? Dude is balls to the walls.

  • Steve McQueen

  • wouldn't you run out of gas before 500 miles?

  • that bike is the shit

  • I like a lot this bike..!! great job for a dirt bike off 60 or 70..!! i had to prove but i want to have one like this and also love to had one ducati sport 1000s for racing

  • Very awesome, but if you have custom 21'' and 18'' wheels, why not get dot knobbies like TKC80s or something?

  • man these sound properly awesome!!!

  • this is a good bike it just brings old classic dream back to live. it's bike one of those ride you, the bike and open road.

  • Sex on two wheels

  • Desert Racer

  • Totally awesome thing to do with the Scrambler. Well done.

  • amazing sound!

  • Wow...lotta work must have gone into that to get it to do that. I have a '07 Bonnie and it's not the most svelte bike

  • Any standard bike with 17-18 inch wheels can go off road. All you have to do is to put DUAL SPORT tires on it.

  • Hum,

basically you are right but on that video the Scram has been heavily modified to be able to cover the 500 miles across the desert . In that case, you'll need a little more than a set a Dual Sport tire :-)

The scram here has 21 inches custom wheels + custom Ohlins shocks ,etc , etc ,...

I will post shortly a list of all the mods i put on her .

Cheers and thanks for watching .

  • What mods did you do? Did you leave the forks standard or did you change them?

  • now that how you put a bike throw it pasces great job !!!!

  • Freekin sweet! I want one!

  • What road is this? Is this in the Mojave desert? Thanks.

  • yes

  • Pipes are diffeent and noticed the Ohlins shock's on the back.

  • bad ass Pascal! i've watched your vid a number of times over the past few months. finally just had to say "nice work"!

you're riding the hell out of that Scram! good to see.....

  • it's not stock is it?

  • I use to have one in blue and white myself!

That looked like hard going in the soft wet stuff, good effort in keeping off the ground!

I just wish Triumph could shave 40 kilograms off this bike, put some heavy duty suspension, add light weight wheels and bump the power up to 80 horses and get rid of the chrome, then it would be perfect...

A light weight 60's Scrambler with the grunt of a twin and real usability in any terrain, and all the looks still intact, that would be really something.

  • wow this is like some early 60s stuff before dirtbikes "they used to use road bikes as dirt bikes cause that is what they had" :) nice video

  • That's what I want, lighter. Smaller but sporty engine. Dirt worthy, y'know, as well as street.

  • lol the guy on the suzuki must have been like wtf?

  • lol ..yeah

  • this video is clutch

  • cool video!! newbonnevilleriders. com

  • Best vid of the Scrambler in action on Youtube!

So good to see someone getting it dirty!

  • TRIUMPH DESTROY!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I don't really know much about about Bonnevilles, but I do know this one sounds F***ing awesome!

    Thanks for the great video!

  • Looks like Great Fun. Wish I was there with you.

  • Great Stuff Pascal

You are certainly at the forefront of taking the Scrambler into the Dirt!

Bravo - looking forward to more fun and dirtfilled vids!

  • This is off the hook, Pascal. Seems like you and the bike are having a good time. Can't wait to see it for myself. Chapeau bas...

  • I see you're running Ohlins out back.. whatcha got up front? I know the stock Bonnie springs and shocks aren't set up to allow the bike to go thru what you're putting it thru.

  • Forks : Race Tech Valves, Springs

  • Wonderful!........sounds abit like my old 900ss

  • salut l'lascar, sweet video, this triumph is bad ass, as its rider !
