@Jadhapper77 There's nothing that says you need to stop buying DS games just because you want a 3DS. 3DS is back compatible with all DS and DSi games (any that didn't require the GBA slot that is, which was like one or two of the guitar games or whatever). This game will work on a 3DS. Go ahead and buy DS games and just play them on the 3DS. There are a couple of screen sizing options to help fit the larger resolution too. :)

What are you talking about? This game has no release date anywhere. Even Japan just has a vague TBA 2010 date. It might come to Europe. At any rate, importing from another region won't be a hassle, no region lockout on DS games.

Yep, there's an interview about Okamiden and the Capcom guy explains that Okamiden settles some years after the original, with Chibiterasu and Kuninushi as the protagonists =)
Sort of, and not really. The company Clover closed their personal headquarters and shut down the name. But most of the staff are still with Capcom and working on this game. It's getting love from the same people.
Ok, I get where Susano had his son from, if you know what I mean(not to be perverted or anything) but(assuming Chibiterasu is as you say) how did Amaterasu have a son? And how the heck did he get to Nippon? I somewhat doubt that this is really Amaterasu's son, and it could be something of Sakuya's doing.
Whatever it is, I hope we see Kaguya in this game.
I've been wrong a few times before on wincing at a game before it is released, but I'm still a fence sitter on this title. Okami was terrific, and a game that kept me coming back for more game plays after beating it the first time.
Just not a big fan of Okami's next game going to a hand held. Nothing against handhelds, but Pokemon is for a hand held, not Okami. :/ Guess I'll judge it when its finally released. I'll buy it regardless.
Of course, you know exactly what the final game is like, having gone into next year and played it. Of course you know better than us.
Serious- The game looks awesome, it's on DS (yay touch screen for drawing), and it's only 25% done. Complaining will do you no good. Any complaints i've heard are just butthurt people who wished it was for their favorite system (pathetic). Other than that, there's nothing to even complain about. There's literally NOTHING you can currently gripe about.

Ok, I get where Susano had his son from, if you know what I mean(not to be perverted or anything) but(assuming Chibiterasu is as you say) how did Amaterasu have a son? And how the heck did he get to Nippon? I somewhat doubt that this is really Amaterasu's son, and it could be something of Sakuya's doing.
Whatever it is, I hope we see Kaguya in this game.

If I remember properly, Sakuya attempted to summon Amaterasu again - but Chibiterasu appeared =)

I've been wrong a few times before on wincing at a game before it is released, but I'm still a fence sitter on this title. Okami was terrific, and a game that kept me coming back for more game plays after beating it the first time.
Just not a big fan of Okami's next game going to a hand held. Nothing against handhelds, but Pokemon is for a hand held, not Okami. :/ Guess I'll judge it when its finally released. I'll buy it regardless.

We don't know, but judging it before you play it, even if he isn't directing is rather mindless. A change in director does not mean a game is worse.

Serious- The game looks awesome, it's on DS (yay touch screen for drawing), and it's only 25% done. Complaining will do you no good. Any complaints i've heard are just butthurt people who wished it was for their favorite system (pathetic). Other than that, there's nothing to even complain about. There's literally NOTHING you can currently gripe about.

1- no one gives a fuck about the graphics, they've made the game look amazing on DS
2- DS is infinitely better suited for the paint controls
3- Wii already has the first Okami, stop being selfish and whiny
4- "waah waah, it's not on my favorite system" grow up. These comments make ME angry, and thank god I can delete them.

Oh I can't wait for this to come out! I just hope it isn't going to be too close to the original Okami that it's practically a copy again... and that it does eventually come out in the English language xD
