Unless my math is failing me, I'm pretty sure that you only did 7 gorilla chin-ups. ;)
But nice video all the same. I've started incorporating these into my own workouts. Ultimately, I'd like to see if I can fully extend my legs at the top for an added burden on my abdominals.
