I don't think that buying a really expensive 3d TV is worth the money but the 3d monitor is definitely worth the money. Still wait for the new 1080p 3d monitors to come out by samsung first., they have the best TVs and monitors of any company.

What kind of 3d is it? is it the one with the blue-red goggles or the polarized (i think its called) ones.

i´ve tried 3D on few games with my homemade 3D glasses, and i´ve to say, it´s not that cool how everybody say´s. But playing FSX is really good with that.

I enjoyed avatar in 3D, though i dont know what it'l be like without a really awesome speaker setup and a massive projecter screen..

well 3D is pretty cool but most of the time only for about 30 seconds. My impression of when I went to see Avatar in 3D is that there was barely a difference to just plain old 2D. I think that in the process of making it affordable, they made it crappy and bad. P.S. One Hundred and Thirty Seventh!

Really, You dont get a headache from the new technology if you would focus on the main parts of what the director is doing. Also, the refresh rate on those glasses/T.V will NOT cause a headache. And also, 3D is not just about things popping out, it adds a point of realism, and depth, character,and realism....alot more...

I think the larger issue with the general public is most people don't understand what "happens" when watching 3D content. People don't know what it takes to create 3D and don't understand the 3D viewing technology.

Naw not until we get loads more content, and then still no. I'd rather 3d the computer monitor (hmm 3d word and excel.. now that is fun!)

Take a picture, copy it, put them side by side, then but a black line in-between the 2 pictures, cross your eyes, and BAM 3D without glasses. Lol
