  • I actually knew that she was going to be pro saturated fat before she even started talking. She looks way healthier than any vegan or vegetarian I see on youtube. Thanks for spreading the word.

  • I had two eggs, long rash bacon, pork rashes, lamb, cooking in lard, baked tomato in olive oil, mushrooms and tea for breakfast. It was great, I felt genuinely nourished after wards (not bloated and sickly) and I didn't feel like eating again until dinner. I'm athletic, lean, BMI 22 and I feel great, I'll tell you something I don't eat though; flour, grains, cereals, refined sugar, (I eat a little fruit here and there) and I don't eat anything that comes out of a packet.

  • Don't forget the damage Fluoride does to us, even though we're told that drinking that rat poison is harmless....

  • @XTJimbo1910 You're right, fluoride in my water is one thing that angers me deeply. Every other stupid idea of western wisdom I've been able to circumvent in some way, but fluoride in my water; I just can't get around that one. I don't think it's healthy to drink 100% pure, reverse osmosis filtered water which seems to be the only alternative to fluoride water. You have any suggestions to avoid this rat poison as you accurately described this industrial waste?

  • LCHF is really big in Sweden, I started eating Low Carb High Fat 10 months ago, I eat ALOT of saturated fat and as low as 5-10% carbohydrates on an ordinary day, this is what happened:

    No more bleeding gums

    No more fungus on toenails or tounge

    No more sleep problems

    Lost weight fast, without having to be hungry

    Knee problems - Gone

  • It's strange that soo many people still think saturated fat is bad, yet when i type in saturated fat into YouTube all i get is "the truth about saturated fat" I guess people just refuse to believe it because its being pushed on them so hard by their mis-educated doctors...

  • There is absolutely no proof that saturated fats are bad for you. That claim was made up by Ancel Keys in the 1950s. Also, how do you explain various indigenous tribes all over the world like the eskimos who eat nothing but saturated fats and are somehow free of heart disease.

  • A majority of those people that only lived to 50 died of premature deaths. There were a lot of people that lived well into their 80s and 90s back then. Most people didn't have really any knowledge of good hygiene and the spread of disease. There were no sewage systems, so fecal matter was all over the streets. There was no indoor plumbing, so they just took a shit in a bucket, and they had no running water, so they bathed in water that was probably very dirty and full of bacteria.

  • Most of those people in the early 1900s and before died of premature deaths and had little to no knowledge of good hygiene or the spread of diseases. If you watch Sean Croxton's video "Are We Really Living Longer?" you will learn that we are really only living just a few months longer than our ancestors.

  • Coconut oil has been proven to reduce the risk of heart disease. There are quite a few people dating all the way back to the 1700s lived well into their 80s and 90s. The people who only lived to about 40 or 50 didn't necessarily have bad diets, but they didn't have any knowledge of germs or bacteria, so diseases spread very easily. The only reason why we are living any longer today is because we have machines that can keep us alive and that we know more about the spread of disease.

  • FINALLY! I knew it! im so glad a dietician finally feels the way i do. I had heard saturated fats clog arteries since they are solid at room temperature, but i knew that body temperature is warm enough to melt almost any fat, so i knew trans fats were the only logical lipid problem. this makes me happy
