americans #1 home buyers lol yeah right they want to come out to your home and do a home inspection and then tell you your house is not worth anything and that it would be better if you sign your house over to them....david sapper from the oklahoma city office said that very thing to me i told him to get lost.

This company would have a frield day up in Maine. Mainers live in the ugliest, oldest, moldiest, run down shacks than any other state. Maine houses are not only old, smelly, and run down, but they are very very tiny. I guess Mainers like to live in tiny closet sized houses.
