I also let the coaches know at the plate meeting, that THEY will be the only 2 to come out & discuss anything. This shows them respect, and gives them a shared responsibility. No yelling across the field at my partner or myself. Players & assistant coaches are to be seen & not heard.

Keep the "F" bombs down, & ZERO tolerance for throwing bats, helmets, etc.,....Throw a bat ....bye-bye. There are no warnings...."This is the warning"

Real game or not, he should consider that other umpires who may not know better are going to watch this video and remember that this guy who is acting as teacher didn't have his shirt buttoned so they're going to assume it's OK, when it's not. His tone with the coaches is way too aggressive, but he did do a good job going over the field conditions..I'll give him that one. Did not mention a time limit, which set of rules they're playing by, if all players are legally and properly equipped...etc
