It will come but cebu has provide the infrastructure to accommodate a growing population. If theres nowhere else to go the only way is to go is up and with the rising price of land in Cebu, developers will have no choice but to build high-rise. Its already happening in steady pace its a good sign of a healthy real estate market
No its not cheap but if you purchase a package deal to get the best deal you should shop from every travel sites to find the best deal. There are hotels that offer island hopping package deals and that will save you more money.

Oooh, I shuddered when I saw the film of the containers being moved at the pier. Pier 4 is a terrible slum, many of the children we worked with live there, and my sponsor child lives there. And as for being a medical centre... the public hospital has cats and dogs running through the wards, it smells like urine and there is no maternity ward.
What you say is true, but you should know that, even the U.S has it's own share of slum. And as for being the medical center of the south, well, all I can say is, it shows the plight of the Filipinos.

Yes certainly there are a lot of issues cebu has to focus like better urban planning, infrastructure.. but one thing is clear in cebuanos mind and that is to become a premier city in the philippines and be prosperous. The main concern for the government should be in these urban development projects to help the cities growing population. We are seeing the continuing development of the city's infrastructure and this should be top priority of the government to lure investors.

Hey, don't judge the politicians in general, because not all of them are bad. I know that the Cebu City government is not as rampant like Talisay because my dad is a businessman.
