There's not really a specific store. Shop around ebay, antique stores...Take care that the goggles will fit you before ordering, though. I've seen several pairs like the ones the good doctor wears, from the exact same to only the same shape, etc.

Personally, I ended up just going with some slightly pre-modern welding goggles I found on amazon for ten bucks. Many toy soldiers use the kind of goggles I found. You can get them in most hardware stores.
