fuarkk mirin, I was wondering how did you cut? Did you lowwer your carb intake to 1g per lbs of body weight? also how many days of cardio per week? and what was your supplement stack? cheers
@iinfektiv thanks brah! my bulking diet is eat everything and anything. when i got to cutting i had to go on a normal diet and cut off all junk food. nothing too special, every meal consisted of carbs, protein and some veggies. i didn't do any cardio, i didn't cut my carbs too, my metabolism is very good :) supplement stack was Xtend for intra workout, fish oil capsules, multivitamin, ON gold standard whey and i cycled creatine for a couple of weeks! tons of water, eat every 3-4 hours!!
