Si tu veux réussir ton saut de chat, ne saute surtout pas a pied joint, tes pied doivent se poser successivement. Ensuite, lance toi avec le dernier pied posé à terre et plaque tes deux mains sur l'appuis. tu n'as plus qu'as faire passer tes deux jambes entre tes bras et ratterir en douceur . 8-) peace
