Really, really love this practice. Has light elements of prana flow plus modern dance and qi gong as someone mentioned. Thanks for creating something this interesting and yet so simple to incorporate into any practice. I like to practice after waking up when I am all creaky. (The sound of this video is very, very low however). Would appreciate a vid on opening the thoracic spine and shoulders if you are creating some more! :)

how do you do it fast if you have all day to give to exercise? is it intervals for hours?
