    Desi Qorme ke baad mein ne yeh Tandoori ckicken aap ke tareeqe ke mutaabiq tayyar kiya, aur is baar bhi wohi howa.. sab ungliyan chat te rah gaye. very nice taste bajia.

  • @just4100 main to der he gaye keh pata naheen acha naheen bana :) shukr hai raan yayamat ki banti hai aur chicken tikka to mat poocho. tareef is liye kerti hoon keh main ne kaunsa yeh recipes gher main banaeen, shabash to un ko jinhon ne yeh creat keen :)

  • @javssameer, put it in on very hight temps, do not pack trays with chicken. preheat, and no need to check time, every 10-15 min just peep :) if heat is low is gets dry.

  • salam bajia, kal raat ma ne ye chicken marinate kia, or aaj subah spices check kernay k liay aik chota sa piece oven ma hi bna lia, aap yaqeen nahi karain gi wo chicken bhtt hi kerwa(bitter) tha :( aap plz btayein k aisa mujh s ekya ghalat add ho gya k wo sara chicken kerwa ho gya... ma ne chicken ko yougurt se nikal k dho dia ha, kyn k kerwhat us k masalay ma hai, mujhe lagta hai k nutmeg theek nahi tha, per aik nutmeg itna kerwa ho skta hai?

  • @attuiffi1, kuch kerwa dala gaya hai, nuts badam waghirah to hote hai kerway kiya pata ho he yeh bhi, ab chakh ker dalna agli baar her cheez alag alag. aur nutmmeg 1/3rd dalna. good luck

  • ek cheez poochni thi, Bajia. ismein aapnay pyaaz pees ke overnight marinate ki hui hai. kabhi kabhi pyaaz katchi pees ke dal dein, to bitter nahin ho jati kya? aapnay ismein katchi pyaaz overnight marination ke liye use ki hain, to pisi hui pyaaz ka zaiqa berkeraar raha ki nahin, wohi poochni thi.....yeh recipe to wakayei bahut unique hai.....thank you, aur AllahHafez...

  • Thick hai, chatni, rayeta banane aur pakane ke liye achi hai. phir ya pakane se phatta bhi naheen. taste waisa he hai. aur khwas main kiya ferq hain ye naheen maloom

  • I don’t know the name but this was the thing used in olden days to squiz orange juice.

    Nut mag is medium size a little more than a marble. No idea of convection you can always keep an eye. Not to worry. Good luck
