  • Brainwashed kids, you are in their environment. The Recreation area was established for the protection and preservation the natural resource for future generations. If you drive over all of the bird nests or turtle nests there will be no birds or sea turtles for future generations. Not to mention the amount of overfishing that occurs off the point when it is open. It is like a public parking lot, absolutely disgusting, the amount of trash left behind is horrendous. Fools.

  • I was their, so lovely.

  • great video use the kids that is what is all about they might not listen to us adults but how can they look these kids in the eye and say no right I can't see a poltican and a federal judge tell these kids no can you that is what is all about letting them have fun on the beach just like we did as childern. pass it on down keep the beaches open.

  • My ancestors Fished that island many many many many years ago.....I have sketches from the 1500's of my ancestors fishing them islands.......I've never even been there to see my native American Croatan's ancestrial home......that island is also where my Portuguese blood comes from...back in 1586 Sir Francis Drake left my portuguese ancestors on roanoke and Hatteras.

  • @AnnieOaklie63 Go away troll

  • @AnnieOaklie63 No one here cares about your non sense annie

  • Humans can drive all over the place but birds need certain habitat to live and breed in, yet you want to help destroy even that. The beaches are their homes. Go drive on the roads.

  • Keep those dam birds off the beach. Let's put them on the roads instead where they belong.

    Or on reservations.

  • Great report...

I didn't know that had happened I will be checking into that. We Live in the land of ice and snow and enjoy going to Hattereas every year. Thanks

  • Nice one guys you on are favorite list now, and next time we jump the pond we do a interview with you. until then over and out.

  • Thanks for the nice comments. Unfortunately our pleas did not work. The Parks service has banned driving on 90% of the beaches on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. The 10% you can drive on is imossible to get to. The tourism in the area has badly fallen off. The Villages of Hatteras and Ocracoke are beginning to struggle. We plan on doing an updated video to let everyone know the out come.
