I wouldn't doubt if this were true. I have never been abducted or altered to my knowledge, but I've always felt a spiritual or telepathic connection to the world. Sometimes I have been able to tap into them to complete some kind of minor goal, mainly when I feel pressured to perform, but never could control it at will. The only way I can explain it is like a Role-playing game; you must be a certain level for telepathy, but the human race hasn't reached that level yet.

An implant will not cause an MRI to catch fire. He would not be screaming because you cannot feel pain in your cranium. Implants are actually tested MRI safe (even very very old ones). Although it is recommended not to undergo screening with an implant in you head it would not do what he claims.
