thanx for your help but i still have a problem!!!! it cleared evrything including my startup. i cant reboot the computer fully, it keps telling me to try diffrent mehods like the HDD DVD CD ect. how can i get my computer back to startup?

after u do nuke your drive, does it start u off with the original programs your comp had the first day u bought it or COMPLETELY whips it?

Im doing this to my laptop now, Windows 7 stopped working and when I format drive and try reinstall I get errors in the installation, but the installation works fine on another PC. So gonna do this to erase all traces of data and then try reinstall win7.

500gb HD it takes over 20+ hours :(

I tried using this but it said that it cannot find the hard drive. The hard drive is connected because it boots up to Windows when I take the cd out. Any ideas?
