  • I was born in 1972 and grew up in Brooklyn as a kid and this brings back so many feelings and memories. How time flies, life is so precious, saver the moments it's all we got. Trying to hold back the tears, just can't seem to do it.

  • you do know this was a local show right

  • this video brought back so much memories. thanks you!

  • @rcjteng you're welcome pal.

  • I love the ending of The Magic Garden. The memories bring back to me.

  • I think of this song every time the Giants beat the Patriots.

  • Loved this show so much growing up...

  • I remember when this would come on I would just yell: "CAROLE AND PAULA!" I had the record and used to play it on my Fisher Price record player and color the record cover in.

  • Wow brings back memories !

  • The ending was much more memorable than the damn intro . This show was the sheet. Nostalgia smells so sweet:o) I used to wave goodbye to Carol and Paula and kiss the screen as if they could really see me. lmbo

  • When I was five I wanted to marry Carole. I thought Paula was a nice lady, but Carole was my favorite. Carole played Sandy in "Grease" on Broadway and was considered for the role in the movie. She did appear in the movie checking her hair in the mirror at the drive-in. If you blink you might miss her.

  • Last night, I saw this clip on here and cried on and off for 45 minutes. It reminded me of a time in my life when everything was pure, innocent, and beautiful. It also reminded me of my wonderful late Grandparents who raised me as a child. And the chair I used to sit in, to watch the show. Even the old 70's fabric of that chair became so vivid in memory. I want to thank Carole and Paula for these wonderful memories that really hit so close to home. I hope I can meet them one day to tell my story

  • @SuperBp1975 I'm a 39 year old man and every time I hear the opening or ending of the show it makes me cry.

I look back to my childhood from the 70's and realize how simple and innocent those days were and it makes me sad.

  • Great video... I used.to,watch when I.was a.child... Im.37 as of 2011

  • @pattieanne01 - omg yes, it was like i was a child all over again. i found this video by accident and i am glad i did.

  • You sure it's from 1977? Looks more like 1972-73 to me.

  • awww I use to love this show :(

  • I would like to thank who ever posted this video on youtube. i have not heard this song in a least 30 years. i have no idea how i wound up seeing this download, but I am so glad i did. Compared to alot of the childrens shows today which contain such violence and the music is so strong worded, when i heard this song, the world stood still for a moment then suddenly it was 1977 all over again. This song is filled with such delight and unforgetable longing, tears ran down my cheeks.

  • @ElTorente You are very welcome. Your comment was beautiful. If they ever make a time machine that can take us back to 1977, I look forward to seeing you there. I will hold a seat for you. Thank you for the comment and take care. ( :

  • - And what's weird is that this show aired in the afternoon.

  • @smoothpants maybe later down the road it did, but i always remember it being in the morning.

  • @yorkpatties - I think that means you're older than me. *hehehe* :-)

  • This song lives forever in the collective consciousness of Generation X. Much love to Carole and Paula for making our lives brighter.

  • This brings me back!!!

  • How is that THIS SONG only has 20 views?! This song ROCKS and so did this show! My cousin has old VHS videos of this show that she lets her daughters watch!

♪♫♫♥ "See Ya, See Ya, Hope ya had a good good time Da Dum, Hope you'll have a good good mornin Hmm Hmm Hope we get to See Ya again" ♫♥♪♫
