@steelbrushtattoo I didn't mention anything regarding the origins of the universe but since you brought it up, it is perfectly coherent to postulate God (a being, by definition, existing outside space/time, eternal & thus uncaused) bringing the universe into existence (see the 'KCA argument for more info here).
