Very nice! The first tune is Lordags Valsen, the Saturday Waltz.Norwegian Americans in Minnesota love this tune and call it The Saturday Night Waltz in English.
Thanks for your help identifying the songs. I finally located the old music, a book entitled "Scandinavian Dance Album" by Eric Olzen. Some great tunes--Backes Polska, Ny Fiskar Vals, Dala Hambo, Lokkeren-Vals, Balen I Karlstad Schottis, and Styrmans Valsen, among others. Those are the ones I learned years ago, and have retained in memory, but it's nice to have located the book.
