You said u have tendinitis? what type? I think I am suffering from some type of trigger finger in my left (fretting) hands pointer finger. It dosent exactly 'lock' or 'trigger' but feels very tight to extend my fingers all the way and when I do play I get a warm feeling in my knuckles and my 1st finger goes numb.=(

but fom this vid I dosnt look as if your suffering from the same thing as me.
