I saw them under the Rijkmuseum in Amsterdam. Sounded just like a pipe organ as I approached the tunnel that goes through (and my mother has a degree in pipe organ performance, I know! I was surprised to find that it was accordions and tuba. Great precision and sound. I bought their CD, I think they are called "Souvenir". I still have it.
This is great, I've seen these guys many times when riding back from school. I'm an organist and usually I only like this piece when played on an organ. This performance was astonishing to hear live.
They used to play in the passage under the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam, unfortunately the bastards have closed the passage some years ago, a lot of very talented street performers used to play there.
@bastiegast I saw them 6 years ago at the Rijkmuseum. Lots of people were listening, and some even had a tear for their organic Bach. Seing musicians of that talent play in the streets convinced me of the musical superiority of Europe.
reminds me of my days with the J.S. Bach Experience! i want to play this with you guys someday! I play this peice on Japanese Tsuagru Shamisen! It sounds fantastic you guys!!!
Everyone who appreciates the wonderful display of creativity and musicianship of this group does not appreciates the crude contemporary language used by some online to describe it. It deserves better!
bravo

So many tubas and accordions in one spot. Were they not afraid of a fate driven meteor strike?
