I was jointed the road to single handicap program. My pro need me to fast swing rythm.That may be because I drive so fast (I drive 200 Km/h on express way).

But I know myself I need slow swing.Up to now I still use my slow swing. Some Pro are too confident, he thougt pro mean everything.On that time I practice very good only without Pro around.

If anybody need slow swing you should pratice air swing as much as you can, then start swing through the golfball.

Her swing rythm was miracle, I use to do like this, by spend over 3 years air swing without hit the ball, It really miracle especially with flex x100 shaft.If you can see her approach shot, she will stop at the club head on the top not like her practice.And her driver abit faster than Iron.Her swing need to use the hand softly like approach sand wege 56 degree

for 110 yards.Hope she will not married so soon.
