You're not going to get this level of mastery today! 1) Because most of the great singers that could be teachers are dead 2) People used to learn to sing as children usually in church choirs or synogogues & this is a dead tradition.

@LadyRavenhaire you will get this... im working on it. Trust me, I know what you are talking about and dont judge based on an old recording I have up. Its the rep I was singing. Im doing this stuff now. Im a nobody for now. But I work hard, very hard. And have studied with a teacher that teaches the correct bloom in the high voice. It isnt heard in tenors anymore... but soon. trust that there are still people like myself who are working hard to make this respectable again.

lui nasce baritono. non è per scusarlo. la sua carriera non si discute. E' uno dei grandi del '900. Tutto qui. Con tutto il rispetto per i cantanti bravi e che studiano tanto per sfondare.

Sono completamente d'accordo! C'era un altro tenore italiano che all'inizio era classificato come baritono, Bruno Prevedi. Ed era diventato un ottimo tenore di forza (cantava piu' o meno lo stesso repertorio come Corelli, e lo cantava in una maniera puttosto ammmirevole e artistica, con la sua voce scura e ricca ma squillante).

mi pare strano che abbia abbassato mezzo tono per un problema di estensione. Direi che l'aria arriva a sib o al max a un si naturale... Ci sarà qualche altro motivo? Colore o roba del genere?

Tiene un gusto maravilloso para cantar pero lo canta medio tono bajo y hoy a los que comienzan no les permiten eso. Por lo tanto alguien como Bergonzi reconocido por su tecnica deberia cantarlo a tono. NO???
