after watching it a few times, i'm pretty sure the linesman wasn't expecting them to go down so easy. even if they are 17 years old. like, look at the linesman in the NHL how hard they get in the fights. that's just my opinion
@Ieatyourtoes27 being a referee/linesman myself, i wouldn't actually go into a fight like that. but yeah i don't think he was expecting them to go down so easily either.

Maybe it does have to be done, but there's no way you can tell me it has to be done in the direction of the boards putting the players at risk of head/neck injuries. There's not excuse for that. Two more inches and one or both of these players might have sustained career-ending injuries. By this point in the fight they were both tired - two refs could have pulled them apart with a wet noodle.
