The only thing a company cares about is the bottom line, did we make profit, and if we did, was it more than last year.
i dont see this still happening, a company is interested in making more money, if that means that the better CEO who will make the company more profitable HAPPENS to be a guy, then that's because he must be better. This is no different than that bullshit affirmative action. If the black man, latino woman or caucasian woman were better at the job, then THEY WOULD GET IT
