its because most people are morons and can't sit still, or, more importantly, SUT UP for more than a few precious moments. But they DO seem to appreciate it as background music for whatever 'important stuff' they're talking about. Very frustrating to recordings. Try this at home - sit still and quiet for 2.75 minutes.... B-) You know you can do it. Then tell everyone noisy near you at the concert to keep quiet during the performance.

some people are rude, why they go to a concert to talk over the singing is beyond me..... johnny cash had the same dam thing in one of his last concerts. it was a intimate setting an people got up moved around, talked etc,,,,,,, johnny deserved so much more than that, i cant even imagine what he was thinking
