@99Shifty Your problem is the processor (equivalent to a Pentium 4 2.4GHz)and the graphic card. I will recommend upgrading to at least a Sempron 3000+ and get an Ati Radeon 9800 Pro with at least 170MB (Maybe 256MB if possible).
