  • I am 5'6 and 130lbs. I feel your pain. I want to lose 10 more pounds which would be the equivalent to a size 2 or size 26 jeans for me. So far I've lost 5 pounds but it took me 3 weeks! I cut out dairy completely. Now I am vegan and I run 5 miles five days out of the week. So I think in 6 weeks that weight will be gone.

  • Looking at you, I would say you have a perfect body. No need for you to lose any more weight. My wife works out 5 days a week and she still wants to lose 10 more pounds. I told her she is crazy! My honest opinion, you appear to be in very good shape.

  • just stay active you will be fine. eat alot of raw vegetable salads and water. you will be fine.

  • @Karkeyz1 Uhm I still have the same stretch marks. But they have been fading. My skin has to catch up with my weight loss. Especially in areas where I don't have much muscle, like my arms. Just recently I've noticed the skin start to contract a bit, fading the stretch marks. I doubt they'll ever be completely gone and I don't want to waste money on creams and bullshit. But you skin does need to adjust. Other than that, fuck it, wear what you'd like.

  • Looking good remember you saying your arms are a problem area for you wanted to let you know they have slimmed down quite a bit! I don't think you will look too skinny with less pounds, bet your arms and tummy will just get more toned/streamlined. You are great the way you are, but you have the ability to have a models body, long torso and legs.

    but i understand what you're saying about getting to be lower so there's room to gain and still be at a good weight. i think about that too... aim for a lower weight so if i gain 5 pounds i'm still good.

  • I agree! Do P90X .......if you really want to loose last ten pounds eliminate all carbs and try to consume veggies and fruits..If you have to have carbs eat them no later than 5pm . You look really good the way are .. well you always have but better .. amazing job .. every time I gain weight I can loose up to 2 pounds a day .. just reducing calories( alot of low calorie power foods ) to no more 1200 calories a day and exercising more .

  • Stop dwelling on the the number on the scale. because u can be 118 pounds and be flabby. if u want to tone and firm up do some weight training.

  • Okay, I love your size and you don`t have to reduce any more. I also acknowledge that you want to firm up the looseness. I can only suggest weights for the arms and incline sit-ups for the stomach but, I would also suggest you start jogging. However, jogging has a tendency of reducing the breasts. If you like large breasts you would have to buy them. Finally, you make me proud to know that you stuick to your plan. If my sight serves me well, you are better than a size 9.

  • Try doing so P90X or something. You're not fat just need to tighten up in a couple of areas. It's probably going to take some strength training. I'm no expert. Just a guess.

  • I know you will lose the 14 lbs, I have no doubt about that but if you stayed just as you are you would still be outstanding! :)

  • Maybe you should read up on losing the "last 10".. your thin but your body is in a skinny-fat phase try doing some research on calorie partitioning and changing your body composition. from a scientific point a view- our body likes to keep on the vanity weight just incase of famine or hard times so you gotta trick it into leaning out. hope that helps

  • You look good, you can do this. MY goal weight is 110lbs and my current weight is 244. ekk But I started out at 278 on May 19, 2010... So far the only thing that really helps is working out, I had RNY but that doesnt seem to matter, what matters is how much I move my body... Good thing i enjoy working out...

  • I'll not discourage you. Even if I don't agree. Good luck losing those 15 pounds. I know how annoying (And discouraging) it is to have people tell me "Oh you look fine the way you are!" when all you need to hear is "Good luck with that!" Those last 10 pounds will be the hardest, but you gotta stick to it, and I'll be rooting for you to pull through.

    don't try to focus too much on numbers, look at your body and judge by that.

  • @gemini0815 I agree with you on "look at your body and judge by that" 15lbs less on that little girl is way to much!! She is already thin and beautiful! maybe workout and tone your body instead.
