Smackdown has the US title with Sheamus now, so they have both midcard titles. So I think both world titles will be on Raw. Maybe to try to legitimize the midcard titles, maybe to make it easier to give the WWE Title to JoMo. Remains to be seen, but I have Del Rio winning.
