@VeryNiceBoii That's from the 1940 Goofy cartoon ''Goofy's Glider where Goofy learns to fly with his own homemade glider; but he has to try any number of ways to gain enough speed to get it off the ground. Goofy was chasing his glider around in circles and his glider clipped on his pants pulling his pants up like a wedgie if you see his glider above him.

this song always used to play in the Disney Store where i live then it closed and i was singing it one day and my mom thought i was singing the original but she and i were confused as to how i remembered it in the disney store and we looked it up and found this and my mom is shocked i remembered this cuz i was 4 when it closed!!!!!
