Thank you so much you solved MOST of my problem. See now i have the tabs that allow me to Pay Employee and Pay Liabilities... but i still don't have the tab that says Enter Time... which obviously is a critical part of the process.... so can anyone help me with this? Thanks

The "Clean Up Company Data" function under "File"/Utilities" will clear your audit trail. I would not recommend doing this if you send your file to an accountant for tax preparation or reconciliation.
