you can make one really easily! just use a non-reflective fabric (a solid green or blue bed sheet should work) and make sure its well lit (i.e. your body should not cast any shadows on it and there should be no folds so it doesn't cast a shadow on itself.) you also have to know how to use adobe premiere.
