  • @MrGamingTut0rialz read the begining, 30 seconds of each excersise without rest, than rest for 1 minute, repeat 4 times

  • @nomer101 I also tried that diet solution and so far it's the best I ever tried. I lost a real amount of weight in just few weeks! I think the site name was like WeightLossAction.Info, am i right???

  • these exercise might help you if you already have but if you don't and have body fat the first thing you should do is remove the fat because the abs are just hidding under the fat all you need to do is remove the fat and reveal the abs hidden under but if you do workouts focusing on the abs it prevents the abs from revealing so these exercise are useless if you have body fat and thats he reason you won'y see any change

  • Note: don't follow 'weight-loss' programs, they are shit, they just remove water from your body, thus making you believe that you are removing fat, 'weight' is composed of fat, muscle, water, and organs, so you need to look into FAT BURNING and FAT REMOVAL not WEIGHT LOSS bullshit, they are all false claims.

  • * sleep 6-8 hours each night to give your body some proper rest to recover from workouts,

    * don't be lazy, move around and enjoy life !, get out of that chair/sofa and go for a walk/jog or do something physical - in a good way, to keep your body moving and burning calories and fat.

  • * drink 8 glasses of pure-water each day because your body is made up of 70% water and thus needs to be constantly hydrated and able to wash out toxins to keep your system healthy,

    * try to include healthy cheat meals so that you stick better to your diet,

    * don't eat junk food and don't drink soda's and beer -> throw this stuff away and just eat it ONCE every weekend as a cheat meal to help you stay on your diet.

  • * do your research, plan proper nutrition, perform high-intensity (HIT) morning cardio so that you get your metabolisim to burn more fat during the day,

    * eat more meals - 5-7 small meals that are easier to digest + they give you more energy + they keep your stomach working - thus burning more fat,

    * spice up your meals with chili and Tabasco sauce so that you burn 30% more fat because its a natural metabolisim booster,

    * drink a cup of black coffee before your training to burn more fat,

  • best way to burn fat is to use a skillet

  • this workout is good as its working all muscle groups which therefore creates an afterburn affect, try this 3-4 times a week with a day of rest inbetween.

  • @15godfather1 no it's not. That system is when you do a single workout and it works more than one area on your body. These one work one per workout. But I am sure you can alter them to include more than one (safely of course). Haha. Hope I helped.

  • @jordc111 Deduct 1 minute at the end ;) You got 4*3 min and 3 min of pause in between. Last 'pause minute' doesn't count.

  • @sonoranguitarlois Then you get muscle under the fat, fat is burned when you're body needs extra energy to keeps you going, so then it turns fat into energy. So push yourself hard till you collapse -> You'll burn fat.

    Atleast I think it works like that xD

  • @loooshmy Well it depends on what else you doing. Remember, workouts are just one part of getting into great shape, you must also eat right. So it is hard to say how fast you can see results. But if you are on a good workout program and eat right you will see results quickly!

  • @loooshmy Well you can see results very quickly but it would be almost impossible for me to give you an exact timeframe. But you should see if you are getting better within the first week. I measure my clients every single week and there is always progress, if not then something is wrong, they either not eating right or are not doing their workouts right.

  • @dGMercurian Note really. It is to light. Rather use a sandbag or a dumbbell.

  • @delta3303 Those dumbbells are around 6kg each. You can use whatever gives you a good workout.
