Actually this is how it goes.

type sv_cheats 1 then type in console thirdpersonshoulder, then it toggles thirdperson mode. but problem is with sv_cheats on it will ignore achievements.

No, it isn't designed as a cheat, it's a command for the game developers to use when they need to see the models while playing. So, no, you can't use this on Xbox 360, or PS3

Am I the one having a problem with my thirdpersonshoulder mode? Cause when I play like that, the crosshair is too far to the left. So my player shoots to the right of the crosshair. Kinda annoying, as it makes thirdperson useless.
