  • Takeshima is invaded by crazy Korean Army. Japan has to kick em out immediately!!!

  • well, first of all, the settlement of the world war 2 to be fixed was the big error though. Korean thing is inclueded, too.

Well, Japanese will never allow anybody to play the Japanese footprints using own sweats, tears, bloods which can't be even "copied".

By the way, are the American or Anglo or somebody really thinking "we won" or something? They won what as a man & as a nation? Do they want to say "we finally exceeded Nero, the great historical & skilled Italian" or something?

  • (Part4)However, Liancourt Rocks was shown in satellite photo is about ninety-two kilometers southeast of Ulleungdo and is essentially two islands, but all of Korea's old maps, which they want to use as conclusive evidence, show Usando as one island just off shore of Ulleungdo. What Korean government said is far-fetched interpretation. Therefore, Korean’s claim is an absurd story.

  • @TheGyousai

So you're taking ANCIENT HAND DRAWN MAPS and measuring it against SATELLITE PHOTOS!?!? WOW FUCKIN' GENIUS!!! How do you argue against such evidence!!!

Let's close this shit down people. The jigg is fuckin' up, they've got us now...no defense...wrap it up and let's all go home... :)

  • @3goku

    決着はハーグでつけましょう。

  • @TheGyousai said "決着はハーグでつけましょう"

When you guys got nothing, you guys always revert back to "Let's go to the ICJ!!!" nonsense. Definitely a lot easier than showing actual proof I guess.

  • (Part3)Koreans claim that Usando was Korea's old name for "Dokdo" (Liancourt Rocks), but they have no documents or maps to prove it. In short, Korea just wants to use old historical maps for evidence to back up the justification of territory dispute.

  • (Part2)The island is about 120 km (75 mi) east of the Korean Peninsula. A satellite photo shows two islands whose name were called Gwaneumdo and Jukdo Islands off Ulleungdo's east shore. Gwaneumdo is only about 100 meters offshore from Ulleungdo Island, and the other island Jukdo is about 2 km offshore. Jukdo’s old name was "Usando" (于山島) which name is shown in many of Korea's historical old maps.

  • (Part1)The Liancourt Rocks, also known as Takeshima in Japanese or Dokdo in Korean are a group of small islets in the Sea of Japan. Sovereignty over the islets is disputed between Japan and South Korea. Actuality the islets are illegally controlled by South Korea. Do you know how South Korean government has explained over the reason of Dokdo’s sovereignty resides with Korea? It said that Ulleungdo is a South Korean island in the Sea of Japan.

movie title 한국에는 타케시마를 그린 고지도는 존재할까?: 일한 고지도의 비교

Does there exist any old Korean map which depicted Takeshima/Dokdo?

  • Why Korean government don't apologize for killing 44 innocent Japanese fishermen who just fishing around DokDo? Is there any necessity to kill people to claim your territory?

  • Trying to have a logical discussion with morally bankrupted people of NEO NAZI JAPAN is amazingly difficult. DOKDO IS STILL There under Korea's care. Always has been and always will be.

As far as ICJ, Don't be silly!!! You guys love to bitch and cry about everything....GET BENT!!!!!!!!!

  • Hello! "DokDo" is "Invented” word to justify illegal occupation against international treaty. About "East Sea" is the same issue. Korea had been one part of Chinese Empire for 1,000+ years. Japan won Korean independence from China in 1895. Sea name and land borders were officially decided by 3 powers- China, Russia and Japan in 19c though bloody wars. - Don’t forget - If you change them, it will generate unnecessary contradictions which cause much more high cost. - TureHistory

  • Please show the map made in South Korea that draws one Takeshima accurately for the time being.

The strategy of South Korea is childish.

Evidence for everyone to consent is 0%.

South Korea seems not to have known the existence of Takeshima until the 19th century.

As for Takeshima, any country is almost thought to be a Japanese territory excluding the South Korean.

The South Korean is unpleasant in knowing. a true thing "Liar" we.

  • I will decide all by international trial, and a Korean island and judgment are Japanese islands if they appear if it is Korean possession, and an island and judgment of Japan appear. It is only it, and why is it? Does not Korea take a trial?

  • I found that the least popular country in Korea was predictably Japan and Japanese people had made comments on the data. I'm not particularly racist against Korea, but the comments were so funny to me, something like:

I'm very happy with the result

I'm relieved to find that Japan was not loved

    I accidentally hate Korea too

More Koreans should hate Japan, at least 80 per cent are needed

They should make more efforts on anti-Japanese education

Thank you very much. That was the best compliment

  • International treaties concluded that Dokdo is Korean territory:

The Cairo Declaration (December 1, 1943)

The Potsdam Declaration (July 26, 1945)

Japanese Instrument of Surrender (September 2, 1945)

Supreme Commander for the Allied Powers Instruction (SCAPIN) No. 677 (January 29, 1946)

    SCAPIN No. 1033 (June 22, 1946)

These were enforced by Japanese law:

Financial Ministerial Ordinance No.4 (大藏省令 February 13, 1951)

Prime Ministerial Ordinance No.24 (總理府令 June 6, 1951)

  • Anyway if people who interesting about Illegal occupated island of Liancourt rocks takeshima, better to google "Boussole Rock" and "Usando" located on 130"56'23, and see Hwason Simmum on 1906.07.23 it is very intersting records. lol

  • You cannot argue with japanese about any issues concerning their own history.

They don't have the truth, because their own government distorted and corrupted history so much its paractically laughable.

But I believe the people of japan deserves to know the truth about their own history.

Please do your own research on japanese WW2 involvement by any country outside japan and you will find out how much you have been lied to

  • ★Do You Know Dokdo ??★

Dokdo Island is written in guidance Korean ancient times.

It is geographical evidence called our land Dokdo Island.

Distance to Dokdo Island is 48 nautical mile in Ulreungdo that is our territory, but distance in Japan is 82 nautical mile.

★. Asia's little island dokdo is korea land

★. japan must forgive us dokto island is korea's

★. truth is history dokdo island is korea's

  • because the Korean gives proper evidence and proved it properly. But I yell by one's desire.

Second it is to say that the logic is stupid. The Korean Peninsura will call the Korean logic Japan and a territory of China. As for European most, an Italian territory, the most of Eurasian Continent become the territory of Mongolia.

  • I revise it a little.

First of all the Korean gave proper evidence and has not proved it properly.

Therefore it is not come to the court of law of the Hague either.

  • erm then why koreans are keep escaping? japan asked your doggy government to come on international court to decide whos territory and korean denied it because they know THEY GONNA LOSE. anyway DAMN FUNNY,1500years ago korean dont even know there are an island on there -.- dont fake your history loser. just give me a nice explanation about escaping

    from international court

  • @TakeshimaJPN By the way 1500 years ago you Japanese were worshiping Korean gods. No matter how hard you try your emperor is still a descendant of Korea. now this is funny. You are the ones who fake history. Japan is full of imperialists and still think their emperor is chosen by God. how pathetic. That kind of belief is barbaric. Well you guys lived as barbarians until Koreans taught you how to make clothes anyway... Go and keep living in your dreams. haha

  • @TakeshimaJPN

Japanese history is all fraud. Koreans at least have old artifacts and paper work to proove that dokdo is korean but japs dont got shit for their proof.

I had sympathy for japans tsunami, but i guess u guys deserved it.

go watch hentai porn and jerkoff while ur drowning in the water filled with radioactive chemicals u short hairy monkeys

stop spreading false shit cuz it only makes ur country look bad

  • I hate japs. They are all liyers.

We can prove that the Dokdo is ours by evidence but Japs don't.

  • 512 AD Shillas King Ji-Jeung 13 years (Records of Three kindoms of Korea)

Shilla includes Dokdo as its territory

1432 - Sejong Historical recordings on the geographic map clearly states Moo-bongdo (Ulleungdo) and Ooh-sando (Dokdo) as part of Joseon (Korea)

1693 1869 1877 - Japanese Government recognizes Dokdo, Ulleungdo as a Korean territory

1899 - The official map of the Korean Empire specifically states Dokdo as Korean territory

  • 1905 - Japan forcefully states that Dokdo is Japanese territory

1910 - Korea under Japanese rule

    1914 - 1918 - WW1

    1930s (late) - WW2 begins

    1945 - The Allies wins WW2

1946 - The Allies announces that Japan has agreed to return all Korean territories back including Dokdo

1950 - The map of Japan produced by the Allies state Dokdo as part of the Korean territory and gives its Western name Liancourt Rocks

  • South Korea had reoccupied Dokdo since the WW2

At the moment, there are 2 permenant residents living in Dokdo (both South Korean)

Kim Seong-do (김성도) and Kim Shin-yeol (김신열) and also a small Korean police detachment are there, administrative personnel and lighthouse staff.

  • actually Korean Imperial Edict 41. declaired on 1900.10.22, Liancourt Rocks is not incruded of its administrative area.

  • Imperial Edict No. 41

ARTICLE 1: Ulleungdo is renamed "Uldo"(鬱島) and is made a part of Gangwon Province(江原道). Island Administrator is changed to "County Magistrate"(郡守) and becomes a "level 5"(五等) offical in the civil service system(官制).

ARTICLE 2: The county office will be located at Taehadong(太霞洞), and will have jurisdiction over the whole island of Ulleungdo(鬱陵全島), Jukdo(竹島), and the rock islets(石島).

  • Uldo's district administrative area is 60Ri East-West/ 40ri North-South, Circumstances 200ri. So Liancourt Rocks are out of Ullungdo. In addition , in this Edict 41, Jukdo竹島/竹嶼 is not Liancourt Rocks(竹島独島) but Boussole Rock(usando Jukdo, northeast of Ullengdo located 130"56'23. Sokdo is also Boussole Rock.

  • Correction, Uldo's district administrative area is 60Ri East-West/ 40ri North-South, Circumstances 200ri. So Liancourt Rocks are out of Ullungdo district and out of Korea Imperial's recognization. In addition , in this Edict 41, Jukdo竹島/竹嶼 is not Liancourt Rocks(竹島独島) but Boussole Rock(usando Jukdo, northeast of Ullengdo located 130"56'23. Sokdo is also Boussole Rock. Also they recognized east limit 130"56'23.

  • As you can see, this Imperial Edict does not include anything about how Liancourt Rocks is not included of its administrative area

Infact if you can read kanji, Jukdo (竹島) is read as Takeshima in Japanese therefore this edict instead proves that Korea had control over Takeshima

so I don't know why you are saying that Jukdo is not included in administrative area

  • The record in 512 ,1432, there are nothing discription of Liancourt Rocks belonging to Korea. But only one record abotu Lianacourt rocks by Korea is 1694's Chan han san's report but his report is just a witness of Liacnourt Rocks and it is not evidence that they controlled liancourt Rocks. 1899 map they wrote Usando but it is Boussole Rock Jukdo, not Lianorut Rocks. please stop distorture okay?

  • first of all let me make it clear that Jukdo (竹島)is literally takeshima

and yes you're right how it is situated in northeast Ulleungdo

however, Japan somehow named Liancourt Rocks wrong saying that it is Takeshima (which is infact the island northeast of Ulleungdo)

and also, Takeshima means bamboo islands

and Dokdo doesn't have any bamboo trees

  • nahcey You are noob? there are four 竹島. One is Ulleungdo name in Edo Era. Second is Argonaut island in Meiji Era. Third is 竹島/竹嶼/于山島,located northeast of Ulleungdo. Forth 竹島 Liacnourt rocks after 1905.

  • well first of all, there are no four 竹島

there is only one which is 竹島 is the island northeast of Ulleungdo

because why would Japan have to name Korea's islands with their own kind of name? although we share Chinese thru hanja and kanji :S

oh btw, Argonaut Island was just drawn at incorrect coordinates European maps of the 19th century, it was actually Ulleungdo

therefore your statement is again incorrect making it 3 竹島

  • nahcey, you are wrong.Argonaut island is drawn not only European maps but also Japanese maps. In addition, Japan draw it "Liencord-Rocks" for today's Takeshima/Dokdo.

  • so what? it doesn't matter whether Japanese maps included because you have found out that it DIDN'T even exist

    therefore there are 1 竹島

if you follow my other comments

  • 竹島 in Edo era(around 1600-1850) is Ulleungdo. After that Ulluengdo change the name of 松島 by the Sebold's Mapping Error. and, Liaconurt Rocks was Matsushima,松島 till 1850's and it changes Liencord-Rocks, means Liacnourt Rocks. Then they rename it Takeshima in 1905.

  • All of Korean Ulluengdo Inspector team's map, detail of Uleungdo maps, they recognized Usando is Jukdo (Boussole Rock, not argonaut, not dagelet, not liacnourt rocks) located on 130"56'23E. Seeing is believing;d

  • and yeah, Korea never named Dokdo as 竹島 which makes it 2 竹島

then you guys changed Ulleungdo's 'Japanese' name of 竹島 to 松島 which makes it 1 竹島

  • Yes, 竹島 in Edo era(around 1600-1850) is Ulleungdo. After that Ulluengdo changes 松島 by the Sebold's Mapping Error. and, Liaconurt Rocks was Matsushima,松島 till 1850's and it changes Liencord-Rocks, means Liacnourt Rocks. Then they rename it Takeshima in 1905

  • exactly, if Japan had so much knowledge about their own territory why would they have mapping error?

and instead of correcting it by maintaining the original names, they have switched them around so that 松島 became 竹島 and 竹島 became 松島 :S

  • The mapping error has occurd by German Sebold. his map is prevailed around the grobe, so Japan also renamed Takeshima is Argonaut and Matsushima for Dagelet-Ulluengdo and Liancourt rocks for Liacnourt Rocks.

  • Korea called Boussole Rock as 竹島/竹嶼. See Ulleungdo inspector Lee Gyuwon's map on 1882. And if you want what is boussole Rock, see Battleship Amagi's map on Ulleungdo and Boussole Rock-Jukdo on 1880. And many european maps describes Boussole Rock-Jukdo.

  • I said show me the supposed location of Sukdo of Boussole Rock from Japanese point of view

  • You misunderstood . There are no direct source which island is Seokdo. There are no evidence Seokdo is Liacnourt Rocks or BoussoleRock-Usando-Jukdo. Or no evidence 竹島石島 are one island twin name or two islands. But, we can only knows Ulleungdo administlative area was 24kmx16km,circumstance 80km only. Liacnourt rocks are out of the Ululengdo district;d

  • Although Gwaneumdo 観音島 called Small-Usando, and also called Stone Buddha island石佛島 , called 鼠項島SOKOTO/Seommok Seom, it is not direct sources it was Seokdo石島.

  • No you are misunderstood.

like I said Seokdo is Dokdo, as it is written as 獨島 but spoken out and read as Dok-do meaning 石島

but the fact that this evidence partly proves that Dokdo is Seokdo,

Japan doesn't want to take this as a major evidence and tries to ignore this fact.

    oh btw, let me ask

so Japanese point of view suggests that Seokdo is Boussole Rock Jukdo?

  • Your coment is just a assumption. If you can show the evidence describes 石島 is located on "131'52E and consist of two pinanacle rock description on official map or official document, it will be evidence. But there are no found.

  • How is a dialect an assumption?

Why are you trying to judge on our own language? lol

Let me just make it clear of both side's view

Japan doesn't have any evidences to prove that Seokdo is a Boussole Rock

Korea DOES have evidences to prove that Seokdo is Dokdo

    you're comments are ridiculous

so if I've asked you to prove that Konichiwa is Japanese word for hello

would that be a sensible thing to ask? :S

you cannot deny the fact that Seokdo is the literal word for Dokdo

  • Korean scolor started to insist "The diarect theory" these years. If 石島 is 獨島, Ullengdo inspector would have reportd with official name of "石島 to Seoul on 1906, instead of 獨島. but he didnt. In addition, he cannot report the presision location , distance as well. Moreover, Liacnourt Rocks is out of Ulleulngdo district , 24kmx16km circumstances 80km. ofcourse Liacnourt rocks is out of the Uldo's area.

  • like I've said over 5 times or something

We use 獨島 for map name for Dokdo

but we use 石島 as the spoken form

and by the way, stop copying and pasting the same thing over again in which I have explained already!

  • If you can show the evidence that there are the name of 石島 on Liacnourt rocks on oficial maps , or document with longtitude/latitude or shape descriptino which confirm it is liacnourt Rocks. But....the truth is, there are no such resources. Korean scolor started to insist "The diarect theory" these years. Local diarect theory is not a perfect evidence and it is within a assumption.

  • Your coment is just a assumption. If you can show the evidence describes 石島 is located on "131'52E and consist of two pinanacle rock description on official map or official document, it will be evidence. But there are no found.

  • In addition, there are no place changes on Ulleungdo, e.g. 石門洞 didn't change 獨門洞、石圃 didn't change 獨圃, 亭石浦 didn't change 亭獨浦. All of them are on Ulleungdo. In the territorial disputes, you need accurate evidence which shows correct location, correect name which can identifies which island is Seokdo, e.g. latitude and longtitude and its shape.

  • If 石島 is 獨島, Ullengdo inspector reports with official name of "石島 to Seoul on 1906, instead of 獨島. but he cannot report the presision location as well.

  • Also you are wrong on how Sukdo is a boussole island

Sukdo is Dokdo and Dokdo is Liancourt Rocks

Dokdo in Hanja (Korean Chinese character) is 獨島

however most people who lived in Ulleungdo and who had travelled to Dokdo for fishery

were from Jeolla province in which their accent to say Dol (rock in Korean) was Dok

  • so the name actually began with the meaning of Rock Island

but to write it in Hanja, Jeolla province chose to use Dokdo 獨島 (meaning lonely island)

rather than Sukdo 石島 (meaning rock island), as they've preferred to call it in Korean: Dok rather than to call it in Hanja: Suk

they have chosen the suitable, Hanja: 獨 (meaning lonely)

as it is read as Dok (meaning rock in Jeolla province) and matched the description - lonely

(as Dokdo was far into the sea).

  • Mistake: sorry for the mistake, I wrote Jeolla province instead of Gyeongsang province

  • Ah your logic have no support of evidence. if you want to claim Seokdo is Liacouart rocks, you must show a map which draw Seokdo on Liacnourt Rocks position (two pinancles). By the way, other ulleungdo place of name using Seok石 ,all of those didn't change 獨.In addition, Liacnourt Rocks is out of Ulluengdo district, 24kmx 16km circumstance 80km. Liacnourt Rocks is not in the district.

  • For e.g. 石門洞 didn't change 獨門洞、石圃 didn't change 獨圃, 亭石浦 didn't change 亭獨浦. All of them are on Ulleungdo.d

  • like I said the term 石島 is used within conversation but read as Dok-do

the official name for the maps was given as Dokdo with the hanja of 獨島

By the way you have mentioned how I should show you maps; then why don't you show me maps that locate the supposed Sukdo of Boussole Rocks hmm?

  • Ah your logic have no support of evidence. if you want to claim Seokdo is Liacouart rocks, you must show a map which draw Seokdo on Liacnourt Rocks position (two pinancles). By the way, other ulleungdo place of name using Seok石 ,all of those didn't change 獨.In addition, Liacnourt Rocks is out of Ulluengdo district, 24kmx 16km circumstance 80km. Liacnourt Rocks is not in the district.

  • In additino, 石門洞 didn't change 獨門洞、石圃 didn't change 獨圃, 亭石浦 didn't change 亭獨浦. All of them are on Ulleungdo.d

  • Dokdo doesn't have any bamboo trees <<<<<<<Yes! you are right! Liacnourt Rocks have no bamboo field and trees. But, Ulleungdo's Jukdo(Boussole Rock, located northeast of Ulluengdo 130"56'23) there are bamboo field. The reason why Japan call Liacnourt Rocks as Takeshima after 1905. they used to use 竹島 for Argoant island but it is proven that Argonaut is not exist and Ulleungdo called 松島 , so they use 竹島 for Liacnouart rocks.

  • And Usando has bamboo filed TOO! check the Joseon Dynasty Ulleungdo inspector's map.

  • @gtomr I've been reading you and nahcey's conversation....

repeating same thing over and over again...Jeez.

you were owned by nahcey. LOL

  • lol its so funny to see Japanese youtubers trying to change the subject from Dokdo to things that goes on in Japan

    LOL!

  • I would like to tell all the people of the world.

I personally have liked Japanese culture.

It was, but it was just a cross-section of the Japanese.

I see the other side of Japan that Japan has been a disappointment.

Is still not too late. We hope that the descendants of the future, to know the truth.

  • The Japanese people say, 97% of the world map marks' Sea of Japan ' so Koreams should give up stating that the Sea of Japan is the Korean's. But Korean people say, 3% of the world map marks ' East Sea'so we will keep fighting for our own East Sea. It doesn't take even 20 seconds to get this online. Just sacrifice a little bit of time. Let's show the power of the Korean netizen to Japan

  • Your title is all wrong. I think it should be, "Takeshima in the Sea of Japan," right?

  • that's wrong, dude.

dokdo in the east sea <= this is right

    please learn the history.

there is no history in japan about dokdo

  • @gavinj90

nono you both are wrong. it should be "Japan in the East Sea of Korea"

  • this map written by america

  • No Takeshima! Dokdo is true name.

No Sea of Japan! East Sea is true name.

    Japan plunder Dokdo 1905.(Rus-Jap war)

    But they aren't consider!

    This is TRUE!

  • [ Assumption of militarism ]

    1.Military conscription

2.Public peace maintenance method(military the police)

    3.National general mobilization method(martial law)

All China and North & South Koreas apply.

The South Korean tells lie 671 times the Japanese.

The South Korean's perjuries are 4100 times the Japanese.

(Korea chosun newspaper, February 13, 2003)

71.2% of the South Korean is a personality disorder.

(Korea donga newspaper, February 11, 2003)

  • In 1905, there was an announcement by Japanese government that claims Dokdo as Japanese territory.

But in 1904, Korean government was forced to write a Korea-Japan Agreement by Japan as Korea had become Japanese colony. Also, the Dokdo was given back to its original owner, Korea, by the Cairo Declaration as Korea liberated from Japanese colonization.

You do not know the real fact. Don't pretend

You are right person. This fact makes me sad

The truth will be coming out soon.. hope..

  • so?

    Why dokdo is japan's territory?

    huh

    that's funny huh

a record of the oldest existed your nation?

    so,

    when a recording writed?

    독도는 우리땅입니다.

    한국땅입니다.
