But it's not a glitch. It does the same in all the times you use the targeted rocket. But of course, that happens if the target is not moving, like the sniper guy.

I used a cheat for the rocket launcher and I tried to shoot both guys surrounding the ambassador or whatever.. and they were both being circled... I was all like wtf.....

This is one of the easiest trick everyone can do. But the idea to show it is good.
