I play first chair oboe in 7th grade band. I have played since half way through sixth grade and my teacher is in the Everett symphony

she says i am very gifted and most people can hardly make a sound on an oboe but i had it down on the first try. It is a fun instrument and this oboe has beautiful tone.

BWV is the standard method used to number Bach's works since the '50s.  It stands for Bach-Werke-Verzeichnis. The numbers aren't in chronological order, they're grouped by genre. Wikipedia gives you a full explanation. Put BWV into the Wiki search box and it should take you straight there. 8-)

Fantastic playing. I love this piece! Great oboe playing...great sound! And the orchestra was very good. I enjoyed that it was taken faster, sometimes it can drag if played slightly slower. Sounded very exciting and sprightly :) Well done! :)
