questions where does the counter weight install? i will most likly be a customer, though i wanna go ralco instead of twm, looks like there shouldnt be an issue with the shifter plate

@dooderek The Counter weight replaces the stock counter weight on the transmission. You can see pictures on my website in the Mazdaspeed 3 section.
