  • ahaha yeah when i first tried it my legs hung at 15 degrees of the ground for like 5 seconds (cause i knew that was the point of no return) and fell down xD

    and i considered myself to have a strong core at the time so good stuff

    I've only just heard of this exercise tonight and in my first attempt I did ~6 reps with correct form, but I have no idea whether that's good or bad.

  • It is pretty tough, especially when you're not skinny like me, so I guess that's good, definitely for a first time!
