Please vote NO to the Lisbon Constitution. It is not good enough to have a European Constitution that reads like a phone book and that only the Irish citizens get to vote on. I think you have lived in the shadow of Germany and France too long, this treaty in it's current form is a disaster for smaller states who are already being bullied into things they do not want. Remember that it was agreed that if this treaty was not ratified by all members it would be scrapped, this is the case and now the bigger states are saying they are changing the rules. Don't be such an "Uncle Tom" to your larger neighbours and show some balls, now that would be better for the Union.
