Im a big fan of RPG games, my favourite are Fallout, Oblivion, Diablo, Dungeon Siege..etc. but the DA wasn't like other RPG games, I don't know why do people like it so much... take for example diablo and compare it to DA, in DA the it take's you like whole fucking day to kill one enemy, it wasn't supposed to be like that, you don't fight hordes of enemy, no, you just fight one, pause hundreed times to use potions, its just not good, I can't explain but it's jsut much worse that any other RPG
I agree that dragon age origins tactics sucks really bad. My healer never heal and it do always dps even when i have unselect that tactic. That just makes game so much worst..
Did you play on console or pc? Cause if you played on console you didn't get the real experience, the combat was streamlined and the game ended up way easier and not as strategic as the PC version.
cloud is like the only one i can think of that has a giant sword...
anyways Japanese rpg's have better twists and stories over all
western RPG's are always the same dragons and orcs over and over... gets boring to me... stuff like morrowind comes out sometimes which is actually good because they created more of their own world rather than making another Lord of the rings feeling game... but mostly the characters and humor in japanese rpg's are really good
could you review some older bioware games like 'jade empire' and 'Knights of the old republic 1'?

You have to use the pause button. It freezes the game and you make the commands.
