You lie. You cant hear other peoples custom sounds or see thier custom skins because they are client-side rather than server-side, so if you use customs in an online game, only you, the client will hear/see them.

Awesome, the only drawback I can think of is that if you über someone, let go, and then über again, the sound will play twice at the same time. And the sound will always play for 10 seconds, regardless of how much time left the über had.

I don't get what you're trying to say, but it's a custom sound replacement for the default ubercharge sound. If you install it, the sound will play every time you uber someone or someone ubers you (as long as the server is not pure).
