  • Börk, haciendo música del futuro desde hace como 10 años. Ahora vemos muchos intentos de copias, pero como ella NADIE NUNCA :)

  • 1:41 did Björk just moonwalk?

  • Omg. That was fucking amazing!!! I love the structure of her songs. Completely free flowing. *****

  • Ella es la magnifica de la

    Música

  • FUCK all the dislikes! If Paul likes it, its gotta be amazing! She is coming to NY people GET READY!!

  • UNC UNC UNC UNC UNC UNC UNC

  • Indeed.

  • I can see a cult of Bjork fans going into a trance and a killing rampage to this song. especially when the drums come in... love the song.,

  • @wanderlust342 oddly enough, i can see you being part of this murdurous rampage

  • She is the coolest female musician since Billy Holiday. How can Iceland produce both her and Sigur Ros whilst the UK has McFly?

  • i wonder if Paul had to think of Yoko Ono when he watched this:-)

  • 4:04 'not bad'

  • es increible aparte de su talento, lo adelantada que esta auditiva y visualmente esta mujer, sin palabras...

  • Who's the guy in the white shirt near the end of the clip? Anyone know they focus in on him a few times

  • @Bluebuthappy182 dude, that's paul mccartney.

  • @AlexTheLlaman Ok that's my quota of stupid questions asked for the day, in fairness he doen't look like himself does he :-) Thanks for the reply

  • Not everyone's cuppa tea but you've got to appreciate this

  • Inspiring.

  • Lol "here's our interweb number"

How did she get to be so awesome?

  • Free Tibet

from the State Terrorist Regime of China

  • Even Paul McCartney just jizzed himself!! :D @ 4.04

  • what's the name of that instrument producing those "industrial" sounds? it's really amazing :D

  • @RadexxxHippie The original name of it is reactable, but I think it's been known as something else recently.

  • This performance was amazing. Björk was flawless...I couldn't help notice that the band was late with the cymbals on the last chorus section..it's okay though because Björk can do anything perfectly <3

  • WHAT. THE. FUCK. did i just watch?

  • @datsoon666 A true artist and musician in every sense of the word.

  • @arlando00 you may be right about her being a true musician and artist but it doesnt make it any less wierd lol

  • declare independence ¡¡¡¡....

  • Raise your flag Bitches!!!! <3

  • I feel it might be, a bit... too arty... I'm sure she's a nice person, with great thoughts, lovely personality and all. But as far as my taste in music goes, this was way too much than I could stand. Then again, I like it when you keep things simple (yet beautiful.) Owell, just my two cents.

  • Oh my, that was sublime.

  • BJORK RULES THE WORLD...SHE'S THE QUEEN :)..LADY GAGA IS JUST A DRAG QUEEN NASTY BITCH. FUCKING ILLUMINATTI PIECE OF GARBAGE :P

  • @toxikid10 I bet Björk would be really proud if she fond out what her so-called fans think of other human beings.

p.s. What's wrong with being drag?

  • @toxikid10 The most stupid comment I ever read

  • Bjork has been performing and making music around 30 years before GAGA was even an idea. Bjork has so much more to say because she's lived a lot more.

  • I believe that björk is that one and only artist that's original from top to toe through her whole career.

  • Comment removed

  • BJORK WAS FIRST IF ANYTHING LADY GAGA WAS INSPIRED BY HER TO TOP IT ALL OFF LADDY GAGA, I BET, IS A FAN OF BJORK AND RESPECTS HER. . . LITTLE MONSTERS BETTER RESPECT!!!!

  • Raise Your Flag !

  • declare independence? its not so easy when we live in a country or in a situation that cut us every single day!

  • :-)

  • i love her ♥

  • It has the same energy as some tracks by atari teenage riot, love it!!

  • go to my site VIRGO NOIR

  • The instrument, table thing is called a ReacTable, its a musical interface table made by some awesome people from Barcelona. You don't need to buy one, they have a more stripped version as an app for iPad! So f@king cool, her use of experimental instruments is topped by none

  • I think people who campares her with Gaga are just havin fun of the people who gets angry because of that

  • I think people who campares her with Gaga are just havin fun of the people who gets angry because of that

  • riot starter!

  • Me gusta pero me encanta más a partir del minuto 1:49 =D

  • 02:28 All three waves with us :)

  • I had my doubts about this song at first, loving it now!

  • sensational. bjork is such an imprevisible woman. god i love her sooooo much.

  • FUCK, I love that woman!

  • @number 48... while I totally disagree on Gaga's uniqueness....love what you love :-D My flag was already raised when I first commented on this, lol CHEERS!!! No need for quarrels period....we are on the same page there ;-)

  • @lesk15.... you really need to read more thoroughly......nothing I've written in here defends Gaga my friend. We almost agree, if you'd read all my comments, you'd see that. ;-)

  • I love Lady Gaga, and I love Bjork. They're both such unique girls, and I wish the best for both of them. Now stop quarreling and raise your flag!

  • for the lady gaga fans watch this and shut the fuck up! watch?v=P6a4GVt_T8g

  • STUPID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Ok, someone please tell me what instruments are they playing on stage?? I see someone kind of computer and what not but what's with the domino looking things? I really want to know and when I find out, I WANT ONE!!

  • @maynardsgaylover its a reactable

  • @Jamesscalise... I suppose my retardation is why my initial comment is the top one here. I guess the 50 people that agree are retards too, but Thanks so much for showing us what a retard actually sounds like, or better yet, a dimwit sounds like. That being said, maybe you should try commenting on the video and not wasting my time with your obvious lack of thought, insight, OR vocabulary.

  • IDIOTS!!! she is not trying to imitate LADY GAGA - bjork has been producing music and playing live gigs since 1990 and Lady gaga has been around since early 2000, and bjork has always had this fashion sense so she is not copying anyone

  • @mwardgil Bjork is ORIGINAL not a fucking copy cat like gaga

i love bjork she is so unique and talented. fuck gaga fans

  • Bjork, I love you woman!!!

  • @OfivetwoekVeeDee...Madonna was just the example because Gaga does copy a lot of her stage show as well as her penchant for using shock to gain press, but I'm not a fan there either ;-)

  • nice to see a reactable...i love those

  • @kamikadze22... I totally forgot to type the "roflmfao" in my original comment because I literally was!! Maybe they were trolling, but whether that was the case or it was pure ignorance, they can't incite or inspire anger from me. It's just not worth it. People like that seem to be blind that there are plenty of us out here, that were here before Gaga was even born, and know what came before the pure shite she's banking on from her thievery while she poses as an artist!!

  • This women is a true artist. I love that she used newer technology using sound waves to stimulate and hit people in ways that leaves them wondering what it is they're feeling while delivering a very simple yet powerful message to stand against, and not become a slave to the world institutions(government/ corporations) who run the planet now. I see many asking in the comments here, debating her meaning, and it's very simple. This song is a warning and call to awareness before it's too late!Cheers

  • is that an actually instrument or just for show?

  • @BFKAHC it's real

  • Just came from the official video of this song. This blows it totally away. I remember seeing this on later years ago and thinking that all the rest of the bands seemed old by comparison. I mean could you imagine being the poor bastard that had to follow that, what could you do?

  • I hate you all!

    Lady Gaga?

    Grow a fucking brain!

  • Comment removed

  • This is my favourite song right now but i'm really torn over the lyrics. If its about personal independence- being an individual and proud of yourself against cultural imperialists who want to try and make you like them then i think its great. But if its nationalist or racial groups like Israel or Scotland or Wales pointlessly demanding autonomy because they'd rather split everyone up into little groups than work together then i'm against it. Any comments?

  • @domlo66 I think its about personal independence. You should see the video of the song.

  • gaga tiene pito jojojojo

  • bjork old enough to be gagas dad, they both got bollox, bjork in her lyrics, gaga in her pants lol,see the joke please

  • TerribleTim was here. TerribleTim com supports this culture.

  • DECLARE INDEPENDENCE

  • COMO PUEDEN COMPARAR A LADY GAGA CON ESTA GENIA DE LA MUSICA SHET!!!AMO A BJORK !!

  • @MsEnema LO MISMO PIENSO,BJORK ES 100% ORIGINAL,MIENTRAS ESE PINCHE TRAVESTI (LADY GAGA) SOLO VIVE COPIANDOLE A MADONNA

  • gaga fans are stupid cunts.....

  • And today Iceland has declared Independence from the central bankers! Bjork, I hope you are proud of your country. May all the rest dump the banksters and politician's debt and declare Independence!

  • Who've said that Björk is a lady gaga wannabe?

Björk have years of years of career, maaaaaaaaaaany albums and she always change of style, she's never in the same thing, she always experiment with something different she is amazing for that. I love her and in part offend me when you say that the girl that put that comment is 15, because i'm 15... is only a thing of culture or not. She obviously don't know anything of REAL music.

  • Amazingly, Bjork released her first album, when she was just 12 in 1977, a full 9 years before Lady Gaga was born.

    Bjork a Lady Gaga wannabee?

    Hilarious.

The best comment I've seen about Gaga is that people are starting to realise that she's not a singer with a very good marketing campaign; she's a very good marketing campaign with a singer.

  • I can't wait for Biophilia, can't wait for Biophilia, can't wait for Biophilia...

OPEN YOUR EYES! BJORK IS COMING BACK!

  • why do you guys answer when somebody says "gaga wannabe."

just ignore that kind of comment.. life will teach them

    Bjokr forever ! from Brasil***

  • @oldnavy21 it's SPELLED Declare IndependEnce NOT IndependAnce

  • Bjork puts most of em to shame

  • america ? this is iceland !!!

  • I NEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEED a reactable :)

  • awesome

  • Bjork...find me...

  • What is that awesome table like instrument?

  • @amosthree reactable

  • @amosthree

    It's called a reacTable.

    Very VERY expensive.

  • @amosthree its called, it costs 10 000 euros

  • BIOPHILIA IS COMING!

  • @diosar YEEEESSSSSSSS

  • @diosar heard she was dpmg something in manchester to launch it but have heard nothing since have you?

  • @Bluebuthappy182 Yeah I was there on July 3rd, she was amazing and at the end she sang this song, everyone went nuts in that place. Her voice is better than ever at this moment

  • the best

  • To all the people making ignorant "Paul McCartney wishes he had Bjork's talent" kind of comments, I hope you all know Bjork would be the first to tell you to shut the fuck up...

  • Paul Mccartney's standing there thinking "fuck...I wrote the frog chorus and she made this...daaaamn"

  • @ShortestFuse For the sake of your musical culture, I hope you know he did way, way, WAY more than the "frog chorus"....

  • @quedasobravo this comment was almost unnecessary because of course i'm aware of his output and importance.

but c'mon...the frog chorus is borderline unforgivable...

  • @ShortestFuse Lol, ok, I'll give you that ;)

  • She's from Fyyjdyjörykyrjjd....probably

  • Awesome tune, but seriously, why's she getting the credit?

  • I can't get over bad ass this is, I have to watch it every couple of months. Unbelievable performance.

  • Comment removed

  • Hopefully, my future wife will be a lil bit like her ! Just a lil bit...

  • WE Declared Independence!

    Republic of Kosova!

  • i want the reactable O.o haha

  • yuck people actually like this crap???

  • @The3rdHiltonSister.....GAGA WANNABE?!?!?! what are you 15?!!? ever hear of the SUGARCUBES?!?! in case you failed to see it, Lady Gaga is nothing moe than a Madonna wannabe!!! You have your info backwards, GAGA IS THE IMPOSTER!!!

  • @WaveboyNC thank you! took the words right out of my mouth! Madonna was the original crazy-outfits/super-hot pop singer. Spears and Gaga were able to successfully copy her schtick. This, however, is truly musical craftsmanship (craftswomanship?). not that bjork doesn't wear crazy outfits or isn't really hot ;)

  • @WaveboyNC why can't you like both bjork and gaga? i don't see them as imposing on each other at all. they are two different things, each with cool messages and cool music. they serve different purposes.

  • @WaveboyNC the3rdhiltonshitster was probably just trollin'..nonetheless, it's making me very angry.

    this performance is awesome.

  • @WaveboyNC shes the imposter but madonna isnt the best one out there....

  • @WaveboyNC None of them are imposters. And you sound kind of retarded.

  • @WaveboyNC Bjorl goes punk!!!!

  • @WaveboyNC hahahahaha gaga wannabe? Bjork is waaaaaaaaay ahead of that popstar, nothing against her, she´s good but Bjork will have a place in my heart for life

  • @WaveboyNC "She's the third hilton sister" why you get so angry? didn't knew what she was saying, because of the alcohol... Anyway, Björk rules

  • @bloomwoo ... angry? lol... try sarcasm ;-) apparently whatever alcohol you're talking about must be on your end lol but you're right about one thing anyway...Bjork DOES rule! peace :-)

  • @WaveboyNC im not christian but, AMEN TO THAT!

  • @WaveboyNC EXACTLY

  • I LOVE THIS!!!

  • what you got, estelle?

  • Great performance

  • amazing stage :D

  • I love it bjork

  • Music:

    quality comes from Europe,

    quantity from the USA...

  • minimalistic, cacophonous, and with that quarter-note beat that I hate... still better than kesha! but really is this like europe's answer to trent reznor? at least it's much better looking

  • @jsteele07189 Why does it have to be an "answer" to anything? Why do some people have this obsession to turn everything into a fucking contest?

  • @quedasobravo yeah you're right. this is nothing at all like NIN, and according to wikipedia Bjork was making music before Reznor, so... ignore that "europe answer" shit, that was dumb.

  • @quedasobravo Retarded people who still think like 5-year-old kids. Forgive them for watching crappy TV programs. ^^

  • I can't decide whether people arguing about national boundaries on a Bjork video is depressing or hilarious.

  • @zoziosawakening Why can't it be both? :p

  • @quedasobravo Good point.

  • Bjork my love life.

  • could someone plz tell me what is this big blue thing with the squears that looks like domino? :P

I guess this has to do something with soundwaves, but what is it?

  • @VassiaZ91 its a ReacTable

  • @dantfinn thank you :D

  • Alec Empire should do a remix....... Where are you?

  • full size punk

  • i don't know what it is, but this song gives me such a wierd feeling.

    powerful, very indeed.

    loving it :D

  • this is nuts yo-ill

  • so freak!

  • I just knew if there was anybody that would utilize the reactable,

it would be Bjork. Chick is always on the cutting edge.

  • what is this weird feeling, is rhis music ruining my charkrams or on the contrary?

  • if anyone compares gaga to bjork, please, buy some braincells or something. it's like comparing a vintage red wine to a warm beer. one is an artist, the other is a seller, one creates, the other adapts songs from others and uses it to make money.

It's a real shame that empty soldout like gaga tu

  • Is this table a synth?

    Cool!

Unfortunately,my table does not make such a cool sound.

Maybe I think it's because I painted some graffiti on my table.

  • 4.03 paul mccartney?:O

  • 4.03 paul mccartney?:O

  • go Tunis go

  • mcartney approves

  • @animareous

I hear a much clearer influence of Suicide ("Ghost Rider") than any of those groups you mentioned.

Alan Vega has proven to predate all of them by two decades or more.

  • Bjork + ReacTable + Later = Great Success

  • @animareous That's fine, but what I am getting at is why put down one musician by measuring her against the standards of others. If people like either one or both, then they are valuable. There is no reason to put down a musician or their fans at all. I can understand subjective taste, but there is no objective standard by which to measure music and musicians. All standards are subjective and culturally based.

  • @animareous And by the way, don't forget how important Jamaican music was on just about all styles of electronic music today. Do not be an elitist, especially when it comes to where you are from. Don't you have anything else to be proud of than where you happened to be born? I seem to remember a certain fascist leader who was quite nationalist.

  • @animareous I'm tired of European elitists. Do you know that if it were not for American disco, Chicago house, New York Hip Hop, and Detroit Techno that most European genres today would not exist? Certainly Europe has its place in electronic music, especially things like Kraftwerk that influenced Techno. And what is this shit from people like Robert Plant who think that the British invented punk? Please wake up, both Europe and America are important in developing Western popular music.

  • Uh... zarpado.

  • Danke, Bjork!

  • what are those kick ass instruments that look like they are from type 3 civilization ??

  • @RudraNightmare It is a MIDI controller called a ReacTable.

  • nakes me proud to be European
