One thing I reacted to, is that we all know that iPhones become slower (a little bit) when you install apps on it. And your 3G is jailbreaked and got a lot of apps on it. No surprise that the 3GS opens the apps faster :P But I agree, the 3GS is a really good upgrade! Nice review by the way!
