Practice time is always at a premium. Time would be better spent executing drills involving more than one player and that require players to execute skills that they must employ in game situations. How many times during a game must a player hustle from one position to another to make a play? What are the remaining 10-12 players doing while the coach is hitting balls to one player? Is someone else keeping them moving? There are many (and much better) drills on the internet to keep 'em moving.
