saw Bill in Berlin the other day ... WOW!! the best concert I ever saw bar none. His guitar player and drummer he's travelling with are phenomenal subtle. Ths is just amazing!
this guy is great but my bill was smog in the 90s and I was a teenage smog sewn to the sky, a stick-in-th-mud, an olive drab spectre, an ex-con....u get the picture.
Let`s see. Mainstream radio keeps playing me music that the major labels want me to buy over and over and over and sites like nprmusic keep presenting wonderful musicians (without any auto-tune bullshit). It`s a tough call but I think that I`ll stay with wonderful musicians like Mr Callahan.

@Mouldytone Yeah, you sound like you don't know good music. This guy isn't singing, he''s talking. Let me direct you to something that's fun, talented and beautiful (/watch?v=CD2LRROpph0). Let me just say that one idiot called Mouldy Tone can't beeat 92,000,000+ folks. Turn NPR off and stop being such a wanker!
@SuperApparition This rock talks to me the other day. It says, "Hello John, where have you been?" That is what your post reminds me of, the out of place conversation. Oh, by the way, yes I am insane. Thanks for asking anyway, cheers mate.
@chaosofscotty I don't know what a dopplgangler is, but I don't really care anymore. You and me are rather similar you know. Two insane YouTubers enjoying Rebecca Black and playing a bit of Bill Callahan in between. I started out in search of ordinary things and I found a dopplegangler. Very insightful. Rage on and keep up the fucking insanity brus (brother in Australian Aboriginal).
@tylermbussey Your response makes no sense to me. I comment that I enjoy music like Bill`s because it doesn`t use the artificial reality of auto-tune and you suggest that you hope he spites me by using auto-tune on his next recording? Hopefully you know what you mean `cause I recon no one else does.
Technology like auto-tune has made music better. This set, for example, could be improved significantly if it was manipulated and made to sound more "electronic", a bit tighter, and a bit more poppy. Some back-up vocals could be included to really get a popular rhythm going. If these changes were made, you'd see 10,000,000 views, and not merely 92,000 views. Mouldytone, technology and progress are the way of the world and technology is the reason why things on earth are so wonderful today.
i've been listening to this tune since Alan Brough let it fly on abc774 Melbounrne last week. ain't it sweet when a new music makes a path through you?
I love these tiny desk sessions so much.
