@Optiplex980 Having the Justice Department not actively defend a law in the courts is a common practice of Presidents. It is not breaking the law. The Obama Administration will enforce the law it will simply not argue the Constitutionality of a specific section of the law in US courts. That conservatives misrepresent this in their attempt to smear the President shows they have no regard for the truth. Get your facts straight.
