One wonders why Ruto and his surrogates were chest thumbing when they have no nerve to take the motion to Parliament. Ruto slowly but surely coming out in his true colours as a very selfish leader. And the MPs from Rift Valley and their followers must be told that they have long lost a national focus. This is not 1992 when they took Kenyans for a ride. There are more serious issues to be tackled than fight for their stomachs. There is nothing wrong with resettling genuine victims..
