Defrag your hard-drive.

Set Minecrafts' priority to low.

Run your screen recorder with only one core, leaving the rest to Minecraft.

That should do the trick ;)

Its easy as fuck to use. for example, you can record at any fps pertaining to your computer, i gotta use 60, and you obviously has hot keys. Its easy to use, as long as your computer can run in HD quality, it should Record in HD. Its easy and nice.
